Our Founder's Journey

Growing up in a bustling Italian family, our founder, Deborah, was nurtured in the vibrant and flavorful kitchens of Italy. It was within these kitchens, guided by the loving hands of her two grandmothers, Nonna Pina from Villafranca Sicula and Nonna Bruna from Medesano, Parma, that her culinary journey began.

For Deborah, these kitchens weren't just places where meals were prepared; they were centers of culture, love, and tradition. The aromas, the laughter, and the family gatherings left an indelible mark on her. These experiences ignited her lifelong love affair with Italian cuisine.

A Journey Across Continents

Twenty-five years ago, Deborah embarked on a career as a cooking coach, sharing her passion and knowledge with countless students. Then, destiny led her to California!

Preserving Tradition and Sharing the Love

Today, Deborah carries with her the treasured original recipes passed down through generations. Her mission is twofold: to preserve her grandmother’s culinary legacies and to pass them on to her own children and students. With unwavering support from her family, friends, Deborah embarks on a new and exciting journey.
